. I added a decoupage fairy to the circle. I used some of the card matted on to lilac pearl card to create border at the bottom on which I added a lilac feather, a greeting & a bow. I finished with border peel offs & gems.){kind=link}

Print on to 350 gsm card - both sides - and trim. I markerd the card before prt scoring and cutting out a circle (half so that it protrudes). I added a decoupage fairy to the circle.
I used some of the card matted on to lilac pearl card to create border at the bottom on which I added a lilac feather, a greeting & a bow.
I finished with border peel offs & gems.
