I printed the base out onto glossy photo paper, trimmed around the edges and glued it to black card stock, I then glued the base and the black card stock onto white card stock which I had folded in half.
I then added these beautiful xmas peel offs and also a sentiment all in black. Very effective card and so easy to do.
