A great background for adding to your shabby chic patterns. I printed the pattern onto a smooth white card stock and folded the pattern in half. I used paper punch lace border to punch matching colors to go down first with white glue.

I also used shabby chic rose stickers and frame stickers cut in half to put down after the lace cut outs.

I used a few larger roses, lilies, and the Happy Birthday banner from the pretty Perfect Parchment Woodland CUP1034326_76873. Last I added a clock sticker lower right and long stem rose sticker on the left.
