Teal Blue Snowflake Backing PaperCompleted by Pamela Evans

Printed the backing sheet onto good quality paper and cut to fit a 6x6in card. Added a digital stamp coloured with promarkers with 1mm foam pads. Added white candi with foam pads and light blue gems with glue. Finished with sticky white and blue snowflakes and a sentiment.
