Blue Christmas Decoupage Completed by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to gold embossed card, then to a scalloped edge white square card and added decoupage with foam pads and finished with glitter glue to windows.

A lovely design.
