Fantasy Winter Background - BlueCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

I reduced the size to fit a 5" x 7" card, then printed on matte photo paper. I attached it to a white card with dst, then used spray adhesive to add a die cut tree, and silicone gel to attach a sentiment from cup474708_1571.

I added some tiny rhinestone stars and Flower Soft snow and finished with a spritz of iridescent glitter spray. A spectacular design.
