Cute background that goes perfectly with CUP # 192.

I cut the background to 6 1/2" x 5 1/4" and used a circle die to cut an opening in the center.I mounted it on blue cardstock cut to 7" x 11" (which I then scored in half for the front and back.).

I used the middle I'd cut out, cutting it down some, to make a gift tag. For the insert I mounted white cardstock and used a small circle die on the scrap to embellish with another duck from the background..
