Black and White Big Flower Backing PaperCompleted by Marion Evans

Oh how I love "black & white" - I backed this background up on a black base but left a very fine edge of white around the background.

I cut some scalloped ovals on my CB and added a lovely silhouette to the ovals - this is raised with foam pads.

The silhouette is from Cup25361_116. I then added a black/white polka-dot ribbon and "HB" which was cut on the Cricut.
