The sheet was printed onto printable white velum and after trimming to get rid of the white border the velum was cut in half.

I made a gatefold card from a 28cm piece of Centura Pearl Snow White card.

Each half of the velum was wrapped around each of the front "gates" and the velum was glued down at the back using some glue roller pen.

A small strip of glue was also used on the front, behind the area where the pyramyd was to lie, to just hold hold the velum loosely in place at the front without flapping about too much.

A matching insert was put inside the card (cup96014_442) and a matching pyramid topper (cup96019_442) was built up on the front.
