I printed the sheet to measure 18x13cm using a photo program. I then tore the sheet into three pieces across the width.

I cut a piece of Gold card to measure 12.5x17cm and attached the top and bottom pieces of the torn paper and trimmed down to fit car front. I added some ribbon in the middle which features dragonflies. I then added some toppers and rhinestones to finish
