I used an A5 lacy edged card blank as a base. I printed out the lovely backing design onto some good quality smooth paper. I cut a section from the bottom , matte and layered it onto some brown card and attached it to the card blank.

I die cut a couple of circles in brown and attached the happy birthday to them. I enlarged one of the girls from the design , cut her out and added her to the centre. Some glitter was added for decoration.
