I used a spellbinders in my CB to make a frame, outlined the background in same colour green and finished off with gold CS as my base (and behind the graphic in frame).

I added inside the frame a cute graphic I had for St. Patty's Day.

The sentiment was computer generated. I have raised the little guy's hat and his hands with foam pads.
