I covered a 12cm.sq. card with the darker part of the paper and made up one of the toppers from cup223669_695 Flower Heart Toppers which I matted on deep red before adding it to the card.
I finished off with a caption from cup40705_750 Mixed Birthday Toppers - Red and some white peel off embellishments.
