One can do so much with a lovely background like this - I needed a quick card for a friend so I just added Prima Flowers and MS punched butterflies - the sentiment was cut out on my Cuttlebug. I added green rhinestones to the butterflies, center of flowers and the "i" in Friend.

I outlined the main sheet in the paler pink and chose the dark green for the base.
