I matted a piece of this backing paper onto dark blue and attached it to the front of a lanscape white card.

I matted a sailing topper from my stash onto dark blue and added to my card with foam pads.

I put a narrow strip of dark blue across my card and added a siler greeting to it. I finished off with silver corners.
