Printed the sheet out on Matte photo paper. Scored in the middle, folded it and attached it to a card base. I added insert CUP329004_1751 which matches this design. Then I added decoupage topper, CUP329003_1751. Added my choice of greetings to the bottom.

Very nice design that could be used for a number of occasions.
