Mandala No. 16 Shimmer Background Sheet

This sheet comprises a repeat pattern of one of my mandala designs. It's probably not easy to see from the listing image, however, this is a delicate design comprising beautiful pastel colours and white outlines that will pretty-up any crafting project! I have created a shimmer/metallic effect on the background colour which gives it more interest. Why not also purchase one of the mandala designs from my cutting templates range in SVG format.
