Balloons - Rainbow 2Completed by Deidre Chisnall

To make this card i used the file Center Step Card 1 Card Blank Cutting File Template to make the base and layers.

To cut these out I used my Brother Scan and Cut.

To create the layers i used plain grey for the base and then a plain black for the main layer I used the Balloons - Rainbow 2 page and then i got out my Cuttlebug and dies and cut out a layered balloon Die and a Black Happy Birthday Die.

To join all the elements together i used double sided tape and 3d foam squares until i had layered the card how i wanted it.
