Beautiful Westies Swirls Backing PaperCompleted by Lesley Williams

I thought this paper was too pretty to be limited to Westie lovers, so I used it as a backing for a decoupaged wreath (from cUp 26877 37).

I mounted it onto toning green card to create a narrow border and then onto a white card.

I added red glitter to the holly berries and finished with a red peel off greeting.
