YES! You can use these for non-commercial and commercial use. I am even allowing CU4CU with my card stock papers and digital papers.
You can use my backgrounds/papers (as long as they are listed cu4cu ok) - to create products to sell in your store as commercial use products. Your customers can then use the products you made for their creations and sell their creations as personal use products. {Your customers can not use your commercial use products to make products to sell commercial use}
You can use my backgrounds/papers to create card kits, decoupage, mini kits, bumper kits and other various printable items (or handmade) to sell here at CUP.
NO! You can NOT cut these up or add to kits as is. This is NOT a resell product (which means you can not sell these as you received them - in jpg format). You can not share or resell/sell these papers. Use these to make something new. Do not turn these into photoshop styles to share or sell. If you are not sure if your project is allowed - contact me first before purchasing.

I opened the Dark Red, Tan & White Argyle Pattern A4 Size Background {VDC18} into my photo editor. I added some brightness into it. Then I added a frame and a silhouette. I saved the file and printed the sheet.
I cut the topper out and attached it on a burlap like white paper net. After this I attached my card front on a brown metallic look base card. I printed the silhouette another time and made a decoupage layer of it. Then I added a bunch of feathers into the hat and some lace to the shirt collar and front.
I decorated the feather with a pearl sticker and added a text chipboard with text "Paljon Onnea" (Lots of luck or Congratulations in English.) Finally I added some fixative to keep the feathers in shape.
