I backed a bright red card with a triangle of this backing paper then added the matching pyramage cup17610_37 (Fireworks Pyramage) backed by a bright red rectangle.

I added the Celebrate sentiment, also backed in red and some sparkly peel-off borders to finish.

I have also used the Congratulations sentiment and this backing paper on cup147311_539 (4 Party girl toppers set 2).
