It's a Boy 4 Wobble CardCompleted by Wenona Elie

This lovely card was printed and cut onto 300gsm thick card. I purchased the connected sheets,then cut out and decoupaged the small pieces using foam pads (to your desired thickness). I used sparkly glitter glue.
