It's a Boy Wobble Card 1Completed by Maxine Jones

I used the matching wobble card as my base and made up the decoupage topper. I used foam tape to attach the baby boy to the top of the wobbler card and added the sentiment.

I used a boder peeloff round the bottom of the card.
