Isn't this just the cutest whimsical background? I love it Eva. I backed it up with a soft yellow (which I ran through my Cuttlebug with Swiss Dots), then I used a base CS of blue, but just a thin edge.
The little dog is "Patch" and is cup417930_750 - great decoupage here. I added red gems to his collar and a "Hello" in upper right corner (cut on my Cuttlebug).
