I felt this backing paper was too lovely to use it as such and turned it into a card in its own right.

First I added my sentiment then I printed onto photo paper. I then stuck it onto a white folded card with double sided tape.

That's all that was needed. I can see this being used for anniversaries (how about a ruby anniversary), birthdays. get well and thinking of you.
