Dark Blue Oil on WaterCompleted by Katie Silver

These swirly papers are brilliant and I thought this one would be perfect for this teddy (cup125610 4 Red, White & Blue Birthday Bear Cam Toppers).

I just covered a 12.5cm.sq.card with the paper leaving a white border and added the topper.

Finished off with a blue greeting, a butterfly and some sakura pens to accentuate the candle and the black bits on the bear.
