Happy Valentines-sweet HeartCompleted by Donna Ritchie

I printed the design twice on matte photo paper, on the 2nd copy I used Dimensional Magic on the 'LOVE' heart.

When this was dry I cut it out and added it to the original copy on foam squares.

I flat stuck the finished design to my base card and the gorgeous card was done!
