I printed the design onto 160gsm paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.
I added one of the bookmarks from design Kitty Double-Sided Bookmark Set, cUp 208749_958 to the card using a brad from my craft box.
