First I cut a piece of this backing paper with wavy scissors and fixed it to a bright cyan A6 card.
Next I digitally added my sentiment to the cyan frame from cup134599_96 (Single Flower Scalloped Frame Blank Inserts Mini Toppers) and then cut out this and a blank cyan frame and added to the card.
