Swirls Backgrounds are lovely to use in Female cards. They can be Pastel, Bold, Christmas, Vintage, Intricate or Simple. When printed straight onto card, they make a quick card base. Just score and add Decoupage, Verses or Toppers to make very pretty cards.
Or they can be printed on paper and matted as layers on a card, even just as a single layer, then Decoupage or Toppers added.
