I made an easel card from cream cardstock, and added some backing paper from my stash. Then I added a gold mirri frame and into that I put the book image, and added the decoupage, and a cut out bow.

A narrow strip of the paper was put onto mirri and attached to the base of the card, and a bow put onto that.
