This was a simple card to make, but it looks very efective. I printed the sheet straight onto 200g card stock. Then I cut out another one of the cars and glued it ontop to decoupage it. Covered the car in glaze to make it stand out and shine.

Then cut out a greeting tile, edged it with a peel off and added a happy birthday greeting. To hold it all together I used brads.
