I printed the sheet onto photo paper, you can get 2 cards from this sheet. I then cut it out, raised the decoupage element with varying heights of foam tape, put foam tape down the spine and the outer edges and stuck onto an A5 card blank.

I then added some glitter to some of the flowers, Happy Birthday peel off and a peel off border.
