Oriental Bird on Stream Book Tunnel SheetCompleted by Gillian Mahoney

I printed the sheet to textured cream coloured card & cut out all parts,separating them into tunnel card & book card.

For the book card I used DST to the centre & both sides(vertically) only on the base piece.I cut a piece of black card as the book cover & taped the main piece by putting the centre on 1st & drawing the sides towards each other to make a bend in both sides.I did the decoupage pieces in much the same way except that I used DST in the centre & foam pads for the rest.I then put the "book" on some chinese backing paper glued to card.

For the tunnel card,I photographed my document lectern & copied to card as the main part of my card,using a photo-frame style support at the back to hold the card up.I used foam pads to build the tunnel section,added to rose card,added gold elastic to one side & a brad to the other side.I closed the "book" (as shown by the green card made from another design in this range),added a "Title" & used DST to place to the RHS of the lectern.Opened it fits nicely into an envelope.
