I used an A4 sheet of cream hammer card folded in half to make an A5 cad. The book pages were printed onto glossy photo paper and layered onto a piece of gold mirri card.

I stuck gold peel off bells onto gold mirri card and cut out, then attached to opposite corners of the card and added small red ribbon bows to finish.
