Vintage Roses BookCompleted by Gwyneth George

The sheet was printed onto Super Smooth white card and the three book layers were cut out. I created an A6, tent fold, card from Centura Pearl Snow White card. I gave the pages of the book some curved dimension by running them over the edge of a table.

I took a piece of gold ribbon and stuck one end of it to the top of the largest book sheet.

I ran a layer of glue from a roller glue tape pen down the center margin of the largest book sheet and stuck the book sheet down to the centre of the front of my card.

Taking care to keep the gold ribbon out of the way I stuck the other two book pages down in order using the same glue down their centre.

I then put some glue tape pen down the centre of the front of the book and folded the gold ribbon over it and stuck it down, then trimmed the ribbon so that it ended just before the edge of the card.

I took the roses layers and covered them with a piece of sticky back clear glitter film before cutting them out.

I stuck these in order to the left hand side of the book using glue gel.
