Lavender Book Sheet

I printed out the page on to 160gsm photo quality paper and cut out all the elements. I used a pearlised pale lilac card to which I added a panel of mauve mirri card with a decorative top/bottom edge.

I then mounted the base page of the book by the spine only using foam tape and placed a 3mm foam pad half way across underneath each sied.

I then added decoupage roses to front page using foam pads and also a greeting. I then mounted this to the base design along the spine only using narrow foam tape. I placed a 3mm foam pad under each of top pages to give depth.

I finished off adding a double mauve bow at the bottom, some mauve gems along the top and mounted a greeting on mauve mirri and placed at the top.

Finished off adding some glitter highlights to flowers and butterflies. My first attempt at a 'book' card, I hope I have done it justice.
