I printed the image onto an embossed card stock and cut out. Using double sided tape I fixed just the centre parts of the book into place and attached the bookmark style tab.
Again using double sided tape I secured the main image onto a co-ordinating card stock and in turn onto a standard A5 card.
To finish I added a paper lace trim and some ribbon bows. A really cute and lovely way to wish Mum a wonderful Mothers Day.
