This is a bookmark sheet so I mounted the topper onto silver holographic card then onto some double sided patterned cardstock.

I then stuck a legnth of organza ribbon onto the same cardstock, leaving the front of the ribbon unstuck and layered it onto a card blank.

I added a pocket at the bottom. I then punced a hole into the top of the bookmark and threaded the same ribbon through. I made a bow for the front and slipped the bookmark behind the ribbon and into the pocket at the bottom.
