I took a bright cyan card and backed it with one of the papers from cup25649_99 (Peacock Feather Fantasy paper pack).
I then used these lovely bookmarks to make a fan and fixed that to cup160079_38 (Gold Fans Backing Paper).
I mounted this onto the card and added a satin bow and Thinking Of You sentiment.
