I mounted the bookmarks on white card stock , used eyelets for the hole to thread the colored ribbon through.

I made a card from white card stock that was just folded in 4 and the bottom folded up to form a pocket using double sided tape. I then made tags

for the bottom pockets.

This card folds flat for mailing.

This is a very easy card that is also a gift.
