I printed the sheet on smooth card, scored where indicated, trimmed the edges and cut out the diamonds,gift tag and panel.

I folded and added DST to the white end panels,then attached the other end over this to make the cracker.I used green organza ribbon to tie bows each end and create the cracker shape.

I punched a hole in the gift tag and attached to one of the loose ribbon ends. I added the puppy panel with foam pads and embellished with glue pen and glamour dust. A very cute design. The finished cracker is sure to appeal to younger family members!
