I printed the sheet directly onto card cut out the element and scored the lines as shown. I then used PVA glue to stick the tabs to the inside of the dress both on the back and front of both sides.

I then used 3D crystal lacquer on the belt to give a shine and uplift the box. I then cut out the sentiment and attached it across the front with foam pads. To hold the top of the box together I used a sticky backed velcro spot.

If you wanted to use this for wedding favours and sit them on the tables you would not need the velcro.
