I printed, cut out and scored the fold lines where marked, then I folded and glued the tabs and made up the tag as instructed. It was very simple to makeup. I decided to add some glittered card as a lining for the tag so I cut round it to get the correct shape then glued the piece onto the inside back of the tag.
This tag can be decorated in endless ways but I chose to add pearls and gems for a classy look. I also added a die cut 3d paper bow and some organza ribbon in a hole I punched at the top.
It's all ready to insert a photograph and give as a gift or use as a personalised card.
