I first reversed the design so that I could cut out and fold. I then printed onto photo card and cut out all elements. I folded the card and added a couple of flower brads and tucked the happy birthday tag under the top one.

I finished with a few dabs of glitter glue. Lovely card and very quick and easy to make.
