I printed the design onto 240gm cryogen off white pearlised card. I cut out and scored as shown. I used double sided tape to attach the inside flap and then added the decoupage onto the front with 1mm and 2mm foam mount pads.

I finished off with some light brown rhinestones on the ribbon. This is an excellent idea for a gift and card all in one. I have put a picture of the inside on the main picture as well as this is so much part of the design.
