Just score and fold where shown on the sheet. Fold in and use glue or double sided tape to secure the flaps to the back of the card to create a unique card which when opened has a pocket on the inside which to hold a lotto ticket, but could also hold theatre tickets, or gift tokens etc.
Greetings Sentiments and blank sentiments plates are also included on the sheet.
There is space on the inside to write a message and there is a handmade by plate on the back of the card too.

I've already made this design up twice, so the picture shows the outside of one and the inside of another.
I printed the design onto 190gsm Glossy Photo Paper and scored along the indicated lines before cutting. I then just folded into shape and glued the tabs in place. As I'm having problems cutting at the moment I didn't use the decoupage elements, but I did use red and green glitter gel pens on the holly and berries, and a Sakura clear stardust pen around the greetings panel which gives a nice reflective element to the wallet as it is moved in the light.
I like the fact that the design looks like a parcel wrapped with ribbon and bows as it makes it seem more of a gift somehow.
