Just score and fold where shown on the sheet. Fold in and use glue or double sided tape to secure the flaps to the back of the card to create a unique card which when opened has a pocket on the inside which to hold a lotto ticket, but could also hold theatre tickets, or gift tokens etc.
Greetings Sentiments and blank sentiments plates are also included on the sheet.
There is space on the inside to write a message and there is a handmade by plate on the back of the card too.

I printed the design onto 240gm cryogen off white pearlised card. I cut out and scored as shown. I used double sided tape to attach the inside flap and then added the decoupage onto the front with 2mm foam mount pads.
I finished off by adding some rhinestones to the lace area. It is an excellent idea for a gift and card all in one. I have put a picture of the inside on the main picture as well as this is so much part of the design.
