I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper A4 size and cut it out. I scored and folded the envelope as instructed and assembled using strong double sided tape. I cut the little semi circle and the flap of the envelope fits into this to keep it closed.

It is a large size and will hold money or a gift certificate.
