I printed onto smooth 180gsm paper, cut out , scored, folded and made up using strong double sided tape to close the sides. Then the top flap tucks neatly into the slit on the back as you can see from my second photo.

This is a super vintage Shattered Santa design, it's simple to make and adds that more personal touch to a gift of money at Christmas.
